685 series are a double components liquid silicone sealant, with heat conduction and inflaming retarding. It has low viscosity and good flowing properties, cured at room temperature or by heating, also with good thermostability and anti-aging properties, keep good elastic and insulating performance, waterproof and anti-aging properties within a wide temperature range after curing.
This series are widely used for sealing and protection of common electronic components, power modules and circuit boards, vehicle HTD power module, ignition system power module and internet transformers etc.

How to Use it
Weighing: mix A & B components separately, weigh A & B components as per weight ratio 1:1 exactly.
Mixing: put B component to A component, mix evenly, it can be finished by hand or equipment.
Defoaming: defoamed in the vacuum condition.
Potting: clean the surface that needed to be coated, put the rubber into the mould.
Curing: curing at room temperature or by heating. In room temperature, the viscosity of rubber will increased along with time extension, it would double with 40-60 minutes.
